EY’s audit teams needed a way to improve accuracy while reducing repetitive work. I designed an AI‑assisted platform that automated key audit checks, surfaced anomalies at a glance, and gave auditors full transparency and control over machine‑generated insights. This significantly improved efficiency, quality, and confidence across audit engagements

The NHS procurement process relied on complex, offline steps that created confusion and delays for both suppliers and purchasing teams. I partnered with stakeholders to understand their real‑world experiences, mapping their journeys and identifying opportunities for meaningful improvement. This work now shapes the NHS’s strategy for a more intuitive, streamlined, and scalable service
